These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DailyPromise mobile application ("the app"), published by ClearPass Technologies. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

DailyPromise provides a daily Bible verse, devotional reflections, verse history, bookmarks, and optional reminder notifications for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app in accordance with all applicable laws.

Subscriptions

DailyPromise Premium is an auto-renewing subscription available as a Monthly or Annual plan.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Content

Bible verses and devotional content are provided for personal spiritual encouragement. DailyPromise is an independent app and is not affiliated with any particular church or denomination.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearPass Technologies is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
