Overview
This document is designed to satisfy D1.2 for the Horizon2020 project FACE-IT. The interactive tables contain the meta-database for the data files/products identified as key drivers of change in fjord and adjacent coastal socio-ecological systems of the seven FACE-IT study sites (D1.1). The data files/products identified within this document will be used for the completion of a review article on past and future changes of key drivers in and around the FACE-IT study sites (D1.3). The meta-database has been broken up into the different sites for convenience. The tables are organised in a hierarchical manner, meaning that their are tables for data across broad geographic regions if they would contain multiple sites. One may see below that the first section contains data that span the entire European Arctic as this is the broadest area of interest for FACE-IT. Within the EU Arctic there are also tables for data that span all of Svalbard and all of Greenland. Within these section are sub-sections for the individual sites. Note that because there is only one site in Norway (Porsangerfjorden), there can be no table for data spanning multiple Norwegian sites.
European Arctic
This section contains meta-data for pan-Arctic data files. These are almost exclusively large gridded data sets or large combined sets of CTD data.
Svalbard
While not a study site itself, there are a lot of studies and data products that focus on Svalbard broadly, rather than individual study sites within this region. Therefore this geographical region has it’s own meta-data table. The primary drivers of change for each site are still listed in their own tables below.

Data for Inglefieldbukta on the data portals identified in D1.1 are incredibly scarce. There are however several time series for the larger Storfjorden complex and so after the 2021 annual meeting it was decided to expand the Inglefieldbukta site to Storfjorden.
Greenland
See the EU Arctic figure above for where the Greenland sites are located. They are too spread out to be shown here in a single figure with any better precision than the full study area.
Please note that all GEM files must be downloaded directly from the URLs provided. Under the agreement between FACE-IT and GEM they are not to be hosted on the FACE-IT pCloud folder. This is primarily so that GEM can track the individual downloads of their files and for what purpose they were downloaded. This also requires that users of the data read a user agreement file.
